Olga Balakleets

Olga Balakleets, Founder and CEO of Creative Women Platform, is an internationally acclaimed, award-winning concert pianist and visionary entrepreneur, recognised for her leadership in global cultural and philanthropic initiatives. She is also the founder of Venus Global Events, a London-based company that produces high-profile events at prestigious venues such as the Royal Albert Hall, Dubai Opera, Vienna Musikverein, Teatro dell’Opera di Roma, and Beijing Concert Hall. These internationally broadcast events have received critical acclaim and attracted global celebrities and members of royalty.

Olga advises governments on cultural, sports, and philanthropic strategies. In 2016, she founded the Creative Women International Platform, an influential global initiative that brings together high-achieving female entrepreneurs, opinion-makers, and thought leaders. With representatives and ambassadors in over 60 countries, the platform features prominent women regularly recognised by Forbes, Entrepreneur, and HuffPost. It hosts impactful annual events in London, Riyadh, Cannes during the Cannes Film Festival, at the UN Headquarters in New York, and in Davos during the World Economic Forum, as well as in cities including Dubai, Milan, Istanbul, and Cyprus.

A frequent speaker at international conferences, Olga contributes to global media and publications. She is also the founder of Theatrum Vitae, a multidisciplinary cultural initiative that unites communities through a powerful blend of performing and visual arts. Her achievements have been recognised with numerous awards, including the Pushkin Medal, the Order of St Prince Dmitry Donskoy and St Sergey of Radonezh, a medal from Giornale della Danza, Businesswoman of the Year, and the Inspirational Award at the Feminine Capital Forum.

Olga’s leadership extends into sports and youth development. She serves on the Steering Committee of Football for Peace, supported by figures such as Pope Francis and HRH The Prince of Wales. She is also a Board Member of the Nicosia Young Ballet, serves on the Advisory Board of the Vildwerk Foundation (New York), and heads the International Department of SIFFA, advancing women’s football globally.
